The Budget Option
I realise not everyone has a significant budget for their wedding. For those seeking something creative but within a smaller budget, I offer a shortened coverage option where I capture everything from bridal prep to speeches with minimal editing.

FAQ
How do you photograph weddings?
I love being by your side to help you before your wedding day. I'm always available to help you organising your day from a photographic perspective. I don't take over your day or walk over other suppliers and inputs but want to work together to give you the best day possible.
On your wedding day, all I want to capture is the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments and all the details that make your wedding unique. That''s why I decided to offer my reportorial style and avoid group shots in a rigid line to allow me to be more creative and work with your personalities and expectations.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in Devon on the edge of Exmoor National Park but travel all over the UK to work with couples - it's nice to be local sometimes but variation is the spice of life so nothing phases me or excites me more than new locations, venues, ideas.
Within the UK I do not ask for travel costs, everything is rolled into my fees (shown above) unless something truly unique is required.
I love to travel and spend as much time outside as possible and as you can see from my instagram, I'm an avid outdoorsman and nature photographer so the wilder the better!
Do we get only colour or black and white images?
I edit with no set plan on what is colour and what is black and white (or monochrome) as I let the image guide how I edit. So it's always a mix and whilst I personally love B&W images, unless you share my love of tone and texture colour offers something else - of course I keep all the RAW files so can always revisit a few if the need arises.
When will we get our photos?
You get exclusive gallery access that is password protected that includes both high and low resolution images for you to download, share and use as you like - I'm a BIG believer in offering your images with personal copyright freedom so you can source prints and more via myself or a third party with no hidden fees or limits.
With regards to how long after your wedding it does depend on time of year as I can be booked back to back and let me tell you weddings whilst hugely fun are hard work! I usually aim to supply images fully edited 6-8 weeks after your wedding but usually faster than that - I'm always happy to share the odd sneak-peek as I work though.
How many pictures will we receive?
For a day starting with bridal prep running to first dance or thereabouts I would expects a minimum of 500 fully edited photos (edited not airbrushed unless going full editorial style) but this could be unto 800+.
I don't have a limit to photos and if I like the image as I work through I include it.
What can we do to prepare for the big day?
First piece of advice as your big day approaches is to remember to enjoy it! A wedding day can pass so quickly that accepting you've done so much hard work in the build up that the day is to be enjoyed and experienced, not fretted over (easier said than done of course!)
Whilst I like to work without a rigid plan I always enjoy having a plan with the Bride and Groom for what happens when, your key must have shots, back up plans should the weather turn, what to do if the power fails (3 times in a 1st dance is my record), down to ideas for where to shoot different shots on the big day (yes if possible I'll happily walk a venue with you to swap ideas and get creative) and also the little things: make up somewhere light by a window, a clean room for bridal dress shots and how the day will flow from a photography perspective.
